Bird-Feed.com does not collect personal information directly. We have no account registration, comment systems, or contact forms that store your data. If you email us, your address is used only to reply and is never shared with third parties or added to any marketing list.

This site is operated as an independent content resource about bird feeding. We are committed to handling any data that flows through our site in a transparent and responsible manner, whether collected directly or by third-party services we use.

This policy covers all pages hosted at Bird-Feed.com and any subdomains. It does not cover external websites we link to, even if we have an affiliate relationship with them.

Information you provide directly. Bird-Feed.com does not have user accounts, newsletter sign-ups, or comment forms. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not stored in any database or CRM system.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This site does not set first-party cookies directly. Cookies may be set by the third-party services described above.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

Bird-Feed.com does not maintain its own database of personal information. Retention is primarily governed by the third-party services we use:

  • Google Analytics: Data is retained for 14 months by default, then automatically deleted from Google’s servers.
  • Google AdSense: Ad interaction data is retained per Google’s standard advertising data retention schedules.
  • Email correspondence: Your message and address are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, then deleted. We do not archive email inquiries.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the site and any incidental data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including:

  • HTTPS encryption on all pages (TLS 1.2 or higher)
